Strategic Thinking for HR Business Partners: Half Day Workshop

Becoming an HR Business Partner is the most significant transition an HR specialist will make. Now, with the challenges of the COVID-19 pandemic; business continuity, remote working, flexible working arrangements and employee mental health, the role of the HR Business Partner is more critical than ever and ever more challenging.

This half day development session will really get to grips with what it means to be an effective HR Business Partner, and how the position differs to that of an HR Manager, Advisor or Specialist.

We help you understand how to move from operational, reactive HR to thinking more strategically and proactively and, in turn, the positive impact that has on a business. We also explore how personal style and behavioural preferences can be maximised to ensure the most effective impact in the role of HRBP.

As well as helping delegates to develop their strategic mindset, emphasis is made on the skills and behaviours needed when interacting with HR colleagues and operational managers, so that the role of HR Business Partner is appreciated as integral to an organisation’s success.

This course is ideal for for HR Business Partners wishing to develop their strategic thinking and skills, and ambitious HR Advisors or Specialists who are keen to understand the skills and behaviours required to develop into an HRBP role.
