Q: Do clients have to work exclusively with Waddington Brown on fixed fee roles?
A: No, unlike our full service, with fixed fee roles clients can use any other sources to promote their role. This can include advertising directly, and using another agency.
Q: Do we guarantee applicants?
A: No, we can’t ever force people to apply for a role, and we would never submit a CV to a client without the candidate’s knowledge and permission. However this is why we have a detailed job briefing call before advertising the role. The more we understand the benefits and opportunities in the role, the more we can create adverts and mailing campaigns that will attract interest.
Q: Can a client switch from Fixed Fee to Full Service?
A: Yes. If during the process, the client decides they would rather Waddington Brown manage all aspects of the recruitment process, we can do so under our usual exclusive terms. The fixed fee paid is non-refundable, but is deducted from the final fee for a successful placement.
