Each topic is a high-energy session – delivery can be timed for 2-hour bitesize sessions, or 3-hour half day sessions.

- Alignment session: Our trainer in conversation with your programme lead on objectives, outcomes and session content
- Group Programme Launch Session: Up to 3 hours together as a group to launch the programme, expectations, support and content.
- Monthly training sessions: On the topics of your choice
- Checkpoint calls: At the Halfway point and after the last training session. Held between our trainer, your programme lead to monitor progress, feedback and next steps
- Individual coaching: 1-2-1 coaching sessions for some or all of your delegates is available as an additional service – we recommend at least 2 sessions during the programme.
