Our 360° surveys are designed with managers and leaders in mind. The flexible bank of topics to choose from reflect the wide-ranging areas of challenge and opportunity that leaders see in their workplaces. This flexibility means each survey is built to provide the maximum insight for the individual.
How do people take part?
Completion of 360° feedback is simple and can be completed online through desktop or mobile.
Feedback is anonymous, with a minimum of three responses in any one group needed for reporting to take place (apart from the line manager and individual themselves).
What do I receive?
Individual Reports make development plans easier to understand, set, action and measure against.
We always recommend that 360° feedback reports are accompanied by a coaching conversation to put the results into context, prevent feelings of unfairness and to address the findings objectively. You may have support in place to manage this internally but, if not, we can providing coaching support as an option.
