Join us for the 2025 HR Leaders of East Anglia Conference on October 14th.
XR Labs, West Suffolk College, University and Professional Development Centre, 73 Western Way, Bury St. Edmunds IP33 3SP
9am-1pm
For over a decade, we have been creating annual events that give HR leaders from across our region a place to network, learn and be inspired.
Book a ticket to this year’s event, because you are not going to want to miss out on the incredible speakers we have this year.
This year, the theme of the conference is ‘Thinking Differently’. Whether you are taking a new approach to a organisational challenge, want to challenge and grow, or want to unlock capability in others, our speakers will be sharing insights and inspiration you can put into action.
Plus, joining a room of 50 senior HR leaders from our region means you have the perfect opportunity to check in with your peers on 2025’s opportunities and challenges.
This event is not-for-profit – with all funds raised through ticket sales donated to local charities of the speakers’ choosing.
Ben Andrews, People & Culture Director, Greene King
As a company with over 200 years of heritage in Suffolk, Greene King’s People & Culture team are leading change and transformation for their 40,000 employees, while never losing sight of their history. Ben will be sharing insights from inside that change, the decisions, impact and purpose – as well as the practical actions needed to place people and culture at the heart of Greene King’s future.
Tom Hines, Founder, Hinesight
For ambitious HR professionals, fear of failure may not be just a personal hurdle, it’s hardwired by past experiences, relationships and society (just like it has been for all of us). But the reality is, that to maximise our capability and unlock real innovation we need to break free from that fear and lean into intelligent risk-taking. Tom’s session will speak to any of us who have let our own fears and inner critic stop us from taking action – and how we can reframe failure as a route to success.
Jon Torrens
A self confessed ‘introverted tech-geek’ teaching confident communication? It might sound like a contradiction in terms, but Jon Torrens – former video game designer and stand-up comic – now spends his professional life transforming others into successful, confident communicators. With warmth and empathy, Jon leans into his knowledge and experiences to bring out the best communicator in everyone, and helps teams communicate more effectively in their businesses.
Early bird price available until 1st September or until capacity, whichever is sooner.
Tickets limited to 2 senior HR representatives per company,
