Nina joined Waddington Brown in 2019 to specialise in providing HR Consultancy services for our clients.
With over 20 years’ experience in communications and marketing, Nina lead the HR consultancy team before moving into the MD role at the start of 2023.
She works with businesses across the East of England to provide the best possible HR Recruitment, Consultancy and Leadership Development Support.
Having spent her career in commercial business roles, she understands the impact of poor communication, low employee engagement and lack of manager confidence.
