Waddington Brown is working with a forward-thinking organisation based in North Essex to recruit an HR Advisor.
This pivotal role will provide proactive and robust HR support to the organisation. Working closely with the HR Business Partner to provide an effective and efficient service, the role will include employee relations casework, policy & procedures, absence management, resourcing support, and assisting with HR projects where required, You will need to build solid relationships with all levels, gain an excellent understanding of the business functions and work alongside them to advise and support on the HR challenges that arise from day to day operations.
To be successful in this role, you will have previous HR experience gained at Advisor or Officer level. You will ideally hold an accredited CIPD qualification and have proven HR advisory experience, including strengths in UK employment law. You will have strong organisation skills and possess an excellent attention to detail and good communication and systems skills.
