We are working with a fast paced and growing organisation on their appointment of an HR & People Administrator on a permanent / temp to perm basis. Reporting to the HR & People Manager, this is a crucial role to facilitate the smooth running of the HR department, dealing with all HR administrative support and any first line HR queries. This is a site-based position and flexibility to attend other sites on occasion is required, this may involve some early starts.

Responsibilities of the HR & People Administrator role include:
- Process all HR lifecycle documentation
- Maintain & update employee records (People HR)
- Prepare standard letters
- Provide confidential note taking at HR and Operational meetings
- Assist with recruitment administration
As HR & People Administrator you will have:
- Proven experience in high volume admin or HR administrative role
- Excellent attention to detail
- Confidence to manage own workload
- Flexibility
- Energy and passion to succeed in the role
