Armed with a degree in HR, I set out on a career path that would allow me to fulfil this passion. Transitioning into recruitment, I found my calling as an Education Recruiter. Here, I immersed myself in cultivating meaningful relationships with educators, teachers, and teaching assistants. Through these interactions, I gained invaluable insights into the education sector, nurturing talent, and fostering growth along the way.
Motivated by my commitment to guiding individuals toward fulfilling career paths, I ventured into the realm of early careers. Embracing the philosophy of apprenticeships, I wholeheartedly advocated for the principle of “earn while you learn.” Beyond mere advocacy, I actively engaged with schools in Suffolk, forging partnerships, and nurturing a culture of collaboration to promote apprenticeship opportunities.
