As a skilled recruitment and HR professional with over 20 years’ experience, Eithne Sanders is responsible for supporting clients and candidates with senior HR appointments.
Her experience of successfully brokering agreements, especially where there are more complex offer packages to be considered, is an essential part of helping clients onboard a senior HR hire. A trained psychometric assessor, Eithne is able to offer the full SHL portfolio of assessment tools including the OPQ as part of the recruitment process or team development.
While a proud HR recruitment specialist, Eithne has supported clients with headhunting senior roles in other disciplines. Her networking and search and assessment skills mean clients trust her to find the ideal permanent or interim hire to achieve their strategic goals.

For me, the skill is to continually build relationships with clients and candidates, so that I know the mindset and motivations that will create great HR appointments. My additional role as Waddington Brown’s psychometric assessor means I support clients in and out of HR who need to learn more about a candidate than is possible from an interview. This is all balanced by family life in Cambridgeshire, and the social escape of dance and exercise!
