DEI Allyship for HR – 6-Week Workshop Course
Someone in your organisation has to take ownership of the DEI work to be done, and often it’s HR and People teams having the difficult, reflective, and development focused conversations that are needed to bring these to life.
Whether you are already immersed in DEI plans, or coming to it afresh, this Allyship for HR Course brings you together with a peer group online to explore, debate and support each other. Working with your experienced facilitator, trainer and speakers you will really explore this topic and what it means for you, your teams and your organisation.
- The basics of equality, equity, diversity, inclusion, and psychological safety
- Understanding our personal identities, biases, and what gives us “the fear” around having inclusive conversations
- The link to culture and values, and creating strategies
- Understanding data, priorities, and deliverables
- Goal setting, and accountability
- Plus a fantastic guest speaker Q&A
You have a responsibility to turn on your own lights first… Otherwise you’re just leading people around in the dark.
The next cohort will begin in September 2024, meeting online for 3-hour workshops on alternate Wednesdays:
• 11th September
• 25th September
• 9th October
• 23rd October
• 6th November
• 20th November
